These candidates are able to craft visually aesthetic and interactive learning experiences that captivate learners and facilitate effective knowledge transfer. Earners have demonstrated mastery of designing intuitive course navigation, incorporating interactive elements, integrating multimedia elements, & adding accessibility. 

Earners have demonstrated the ability to develop a clear course blueprint and instructional design documents with well-defined objectives that align with desired performance outcomes. Earners are able to define learning outcomes and develop mechanisms to measure learner progress and achievement. These candidates are able to structure learning, sequence learning events, identify and select delivery formats, and design formative and summative assessments. 

Earners have demonstrated the ability to create visually captivating and highly effective learning solutions that engage learners and elevate the overall learning experience. Candidates possess an eye for aesthetics, using colors, typography, layouts, and imagery to convey instruction in a visually appealing way. Earners have demonstrated their proficiency in graphic design software to transform complex concepts into visually digestible content that is accessible. 

Earners have demonstrated the ability to be proficient in conducting performance analysis to identify goals, gaps, and opportunities over six-months. They are skillful at designing and developing effective performance improvement solutions to bridge performance gaps. Earners can collaborate with businesses to create end-to-end workplace learning solutions for clients and companies. Earners can employ effective project management techniques to meet deadlines and deliver learning solutions. 

Proficient earners showcase their aptitude in crafting comprehensive in-person and virtual instructor-led training programs. These programs encompass everything from a well-crafted presentation deck to facilitator and participant guides. Moreover, candidates possess the ability to design engaging training activities and equip trainers and participants with clear instructions, concise content summaries, detailed activity descriptions, and supplementary materials. 

Earners have demonstrated the ability to develop a comprehensive visual guide and storyboard for eLearning that outlines every element of the online course. These candidates are able to craft course objectives, sequence content, write scripts, include visual elements for each slide, identify and select eLearning interactions, write straightforward navigation instructions, write technical specifications, implement assessments and accessibility, and consider the learner experience as a whole. 

Earners have demonstrated a deep understanding of iterative design processes and acquired the skills to create highly effective and engaging learning solutions to share with stakeholders and learners through rapid prototyping. These candidates can rapidly prototype a learning solution to allow for quick iterations and feedback cycles to ensure the timely delivery of effective learning experiences. Earners can design interactive prototypes that convey information and continuous improvements. 

By the end of this course, students are skilled in the Canva graphic design application. They are able to identify and interact with the user interface, create their first project, add elements, images, animations, and publish to social media or download them directly. Learners are also able to use Canva's advanced features to create videos, gifs, animations, presentations, and create eLearning assets. 

Earners are able to create professional Vyond® animations. They know how to use the Vyond® software and apply the basic principles of animation to their videos. These candidates have demonstrated the correct application of the principal features of Vyond. They are able to design and develop an animation in Vyond® for a variety of purposes and situations. 

By the end of this course students are skilled in the Articulate Storyline® software. They are able to identify and interact with the user interface, create their first project, add buttons and hotspots, add layers and lightboxes, add drag and drop interactions, create user input interactions, insert media and audio, add animations and transitions, create quizzes, and publish the files for review, the LMS, or in HTML formats. Learners demonstrate and apply each skill throughout the course. 

Earners have demonstrated the ability to start with a provided script and voiceover to develop high-quality videos with TechSmith's Camtasia software. Earners are able to create intros, outros, scenes, annotations, add music, select animations, apply transitions, and render videos appropriate for the platform. These candidates are skilled in video production and editing with Camtasia.
