My journey to Instructional Design and eLearning Developer began when I worked as an engineer at a Fortune 100 company and was promoted to team lead. In that role, I was tasked to train my team members on a variety of technical topics. This was the spark that ignited my passion for empowering others through training.
I earned a master's degree in education and worked in a variety of roles in the industry. I also authored and published professional resources for educators, supporting my passion for empowering the adult learner.

They are able to identify and interact with the user interface, create their first project, add elements, images, animations, and publish to social media or download them directly. Learners are also able to use Canva's advanced features to create videos, gifs, animations, presentations, and create eLearning assets.
Earners are able to create professional Vyond® animations. They know how to use the Vyond® software and apply the basic principles of animation to their videos. These candidates have demonstrated the correct application of the principal features of Vyond. They are able to design and develop an animation in Vyond® for a variety of purposes and situations.
By the end of this course students are skilled in the Genially® eLearning software. They are able to identify and interact with the user interface, create their first project, add buttons, hotspots, layers, and lightboxes, add drag and drop interactions, create scenarios and games, insert media and audio, add animations and transitions, create quizzes, and publish the files for review, embed, or in HTML formats. Learners demonstrate and apply each skill throughout the course.
