Executive Summary: This Job Aid supports a project that addressed the need to help cooking studios create more engaging learning experiences for its customers.  By focusing on effective lesson delivery using 4 steps to deliver engaging lessons, the aim was to boost customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business to help reverse stagnating and dipping sales at some locations.
